  • UNZVANI revealed the RR1 of production, which will arrive this summer.
  • Two versions are available and they are based on the Porsche 911 Carrera T and Turbo S.
  • Both have a retro -inspired carbon fiber body as well as an assortment of options.

The story of the Rezvani RR1 is a long and twisted story while the company introduced the model, then decided to tighten it for a more retro appearance. The car is now heading for production when deliveries should start this summer.

The company was surprisingly shy on details, but the RR1 is based on the Porsche 911 (992) and has a retro -inspired carbon fiber body which is designed to recall the 935 as well as the “racing cars Legendary Kremer of the 1970s ”. The company continued by saying that it pays tribute to the conceptions of emblematic cars of yesteryear, while sporting “the comfort, performance and safety of today’s creatures”.

It is not much to do, but the body is mainly in carbon fiber except the doors. We can also see retro inspiration headlights, ventilated front wings and an elegant rear wing. They are joined by 20 and 21 inch wheels.

The RR1 600 is based on the Porsche 911 Carrera T and is intended for enthusiasts. It has a rear traction and a 3.0 -liter double turbo six -cylinder engine developing 600 hp (447 kW / 608 PS). It can be connected to a six or seven speed manual or to an available PDK transmission.

The RR1 750 is based on the Porsche 911 Turbo S and has a 3.8 -liter double turbo six -cylinder engine with 750 hp (559 kW / 760 PS). It is connected to a PDK transmission and an all -wheel drive system, which allows the coupe to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in two seconds flat.

The two cars will be offered with street and track suspensions as well as a multitude of options. These include central locking wheels, cooling improvements and a Brembo braking system. REZVANI also offers a roll cage, racing harness and light polycarbonate windows.

Production will be limited to only 50 units, and Rezvani already accepts orders on its website. The first five cars will start at $ 195,000 for conversion alone, excluding the cost of the donor car. For reference, a new Porsche 911 Carrera T starts at $ 134,000, while the 911 Turbo S begins at $ 230,400. This means that you are considering a total of $ 329,000 to $ 424,400 before adding options.
