The Rolls-Royce Black Badge range develops as the company has introduced a high performance spectrum. It is the most powerful Rolls-Royce in history as well as the first fully electric black badge model.
Designed to be “intense, immediate and precise”, effortless, the Black Spectrum badge seems to have an all-wheel drive system with an improved double engine which can produce up to 650 hp (485 kW / 659 hp) and 793 lb-pi (1 075 nm) of torque. It is considerably more than the output of the standard model of 577 hp (430 kW / 584 PS) and 664 LB-PI (900 Nm).

Designed to be “intense, immediate and precise” effortlessly, the Black Spectrum badge seems to have an improved double-engine all-wheel drive system that can produce up to 650 hp (485 kW / 659 hp) and 793 LB-FT (1 075 nm) of torque. It is considerably more than the output of the standard model of 577 hp (430 kW / 584 PS) and 664 LB-PI (900 Nm).
However, it seems that you cannot get the complete power and the torque at the same time. While Rolls-Royce was boring opaque, they noted that the car had a new infinity mode that can be unlocked by pressing a button on the steering wheel. He releases 650 ponies to provide a “more direct accelerator response to the driver”.
If you want to obtain the maximum torque output, you must select the Spirited mode. Essentially, the launch control for the super rich and fiery mode is activated by fully depressing the brake and the accelerator at the same time when it was stopped. Once the car indicates that it is ready, the couple exit is “temporarily” increased to 793 LB-PI (1075 nm) and this allows the spectrum to speed up from 0 to 60 mph (0-96 km / h ) in 4.1 seconds. It is 0.3 second faster than the ordinary model.
Rolls-Royce did not provide additional specifications, but the model probably has a lithium-ion battery of 102 kWh. This should provide a range of around 277 miles (446 km).
In addition to upgrades to the powertrain, engineers increased the weight of management, installed improved shock absorbers and reduces the roll. Rolls-Royce said it was reflected in an “improved feeling of commitment” while offering “magic carpet” driving.
The style changes are relatively minor, but the black badge rolls on 23 -inch forged aluminum wheels which offer a two -color or all black finish. The traditional brilliant work of the car – including the spirit of Ecstasy, the surrounding surroundings, the window trim and the door handles – also take a dark finish.
Customers will find a handful of new features and options, including an enlightened grille available in Chartreuse, Charles Blue, Forge Yellow, Tuch and Purple Custom. Customers can also obtain a new work of purple steam paint, an icy black hood and a Waft drive line that resides on the lower third of the car.
Moving inside, customers will find platforms of illuminated black badges as well as dials of instruments in the Cyan fire, neon nights, the synth wave, the lively grounage or the ultraviolet. The first model also features an illuminated fascia, endless logos and a technical fiber filling. The latter has a black Bolivar wooden base which is surmounted by a diamond -shaped weaving composed of carbon and a fine metal wire.
