We do not know how these drivers are still on the road, but all three have high prices against them,

- Maryland continues three drivers with large violation files to reduce dangerous driving.
- Each driver has accumulated dozens of speeding notes and other offenses, due to at least $ 27,882.
- It is not clear if the state plans to suspend its licenses or try to withdraw their cars.
It turns out that in Maryland, you can accumulate dozens of high -risk traffic violations while retaining your driving license. This is the big point to remember from a trio of new prosecution against remarkably reckless drivers. Each of the three people named in these combinations has at least 84 traffic offenses – and yet all have valid licenses. Now the state is looking for $ 95,534 in fines to keep them responsible.

The prosecution, filed by Washington, the DC prosecutor General, Brian Schwalb, target three drivers from Maryland whose violations are nothing less than the savage. These are not only minor offenses such as parking tickets or expired inscriptions. These people are accused of blowing regularly through red fires, passing through school zones and recklessly endangering other motorists.
Taken on the camera, not by the cops
One of the drivers named in the prosecution would have accumulated 125 traffic violations, while another managed 84. The third is between these two to 109. Of these 334 offenses, 226 are for speed. According to court documents, they have repeatedly ignored the sanctions and did not meet the quotes, making them some of the most flagrant offenders on the road.
It should be noted that the vast majority of these tickets came from red light and speed cameras, not traditional traffic stops involving a police officer. The state, through these prosecutions, is now trying to recover unpaid fines and hold these drivers responsible for their reckless behavior.
The Schwalb office stresses that this trial is not only to collect money, it is public security. “Drivers who violently violate traffic laws on this scale present a huge risk for pedestrians, cyclists and other motorists,” he said. The city has tried to reduce death -related deaths and serious injuries, and part of this effort includes the guarantee that the usual offenders are faced with consequences.
But with the apparently lax surveillance of Maryland on license suspensions and vehicle convulsions, two things not mentioned nowhere by Schwalb or in the complaints themselves, these drivers continued to drive vehicles with impunity. At least two “hold a driver’s license from Maryland” according to court documents, it therefore seems that the State has not even suspended its legal right to drive.
We have contacted Maryland officials for clarification and update this story if we learn more about how these drivers have managed to keep their licenses despite their in -depth violations.
