  • The BMW IX 2026 now offers up to 364 miles of range with 20 inch wheels.

  • The upper version provides 536 hp and accelerates from 0 to 60 MPH in 4.4 seconds.

Updates made at the BMW IX 2026 on the facelift are relatively minor, but buyers in the United States will be delighted to know the base range that XDRIVE60 has been stimulated by a fairly large amount. Will the beach be added to the appeal of the IX?

The old 2025 IX range, which has already started with the XDRIVE50 base, offered up to 309 miles (497 km) range with the most effective wheel and tire. Last month, BMW said that replacing this model, now known as IX XDRIVE60, would offer up to 340 miles (547 km). However, the online configurator for the 2026 IX shows that the XDRIVE60 can travel up to 364 miles (586 km) on a single load when equipped with 20 -inch wheels.

When optional with 21 -inch wheels, and summer or season tires are adjusted, the range falls to 341 miles (549 km). 22 -inch larger shoes decrease the range to 327 miles (526 km), while the 23 -inch wheels will allow you an estimated range of 318 miles (512 km).

Range and performance

A 364 -mile cutting edge is quite impressive if you consider the performance offered by the IX XDRIVE60. Thanks to a pair of electric motors, it issues 536 hp and 564 lb-ft (765 nm) of torque, enough to send it to 60 mPh (96 km / h) in an impressive 4.4-second top speed and a top speed of 124 MPH (200 km / h). A 109.1 kWh battery is standard in this model.

Two other versions of 2026 IX were announced for the American market. The new basic model is incompatible with the IX XDRIVE45 and changes a pair of electric motors with 402 hp combined, offering up to 312 miles (502 km). Sitting at the top of the IX family is the M70. It produces a monstrous 650 hp and offers a range cited between 283 and 303 miles (455-488 km), depending on the wheel and tire packaging.
