  • A new website has been launched which seems to do some owners of Tesla.
  • The information on the site seems limited and sometimes inaccurate.
  • Owners can request to delete their information after sold their vehicle.

Tesla and her customers felt the anger of Elon Musk’s political transformation, but things took a frightening turn. According to reports, a Doxing site has been launched with names and addresses of Tesla owners.

We have had intermittent problems accessing the site, but it is known as Dogequest and presents itself as the “ultimate hub for enthusiasts of the Ministry of Effectiveness of the Government (DOGE)”. He then says mocking that they connect “the owners of Tesla with similar views with each other, facilitating a dynamic community thanks to shared coordinates”.

Plus: the Tesla dealer affected by gunshots for the second time

The latter is a not so subtle reference to the site publishing the names, addresses, telephone numbers and alleged e-mail addresses of the owners of Tesla in the United States. Dogequest then apparently encourages vandalism as it is said: “If you are looking for a Tesla to release your artistic flair with a spray box, simply go out.” However, the site later claims that it “does not approve or condemns any action”, but rather gives “creative expressions of protest”.

The website indicates that it will delete the information from the owners on request. However, they will have to send an email as well as “the proof that you have sold your Tesla”.

It is alarming, but the website does not have much information on the owners. On the contrary, because there are several Tesla customers in my neighborhood and the card does not even show a single in my entire city.

The site was noticed by 404 media, which said it could have verified certain information. However, they noted that the card was not always exact.

In addition to showing the alleged location of Tesla stores, customers and supermarkets, the site lists people who would support or who are connected to Doge. This seems to include Kash Patel, who was recently appointed director of the FBI.

Although the quantity of information on the website seems limited, it is undoubtedly concerning the lists. This also arouses a number of questions with the greatest being how this information has been obtained and which is behind the website.

These responses remain elusive, but attacks on Tesla have become a current event lately. An Oregon dealer was shot dead twice, while several vehicles have been vandalized or burnt down.
