The Dacia Duster conquered European buyers with its robust style, its spacious interior and its unbeatable affordability, so much so that it dethroned the Tesla Model there as the best -selling car on the continent in 2024. But for those who want A more sporty look and look and more position focused on the road without completely abandoning its budgetary philosophy, the German dealer Carpoint introduced the Redest sport edition.
The unofficial Dacia Duster RS (Redust Sport instead of Renault Sport) surfaced for the first time a few months ago. Now, with real versions that finally strike the streets, we can see that it keeps its daring promises with a full suite of visual upgrades.

Despite its aggressive looks, the Redest sport does not obtain any performance upgrades. The illustrated example here is powered by the self-paid hybrid system of Renault, producing 138 hp (103 kW / 140 PS). A second variant based on the 1.3 TCE-Hybrid with 128 hp (96 kW / 130 PS) and the all-wheel drive is also available, leading to a different set of alloys of 20 inch with five rays and with a black envelope . The interior changes on this model are limited to velvet floor carpets.

The two versions are based on the extreme Duster, the reach at the head of the range which already includes a generous quantity of standard equipment.
How much does it cost?
If you want you to want the most athletic tubus, be ready to pay a bonus. Light hybrid versions are price of € 42,490 (equal to $ 44,500 at current exchange rates), while the hybrid variant will cost you a timely € 52,990 ($ 55,500). It is a complete € 21,490 ($ 22,500) more than an extreme Duster of Carpoint stock, pushing it well in BMW and Mercedes Territory.
Is it worth it? It depends on the quantity that you appreciate exclusivity and if you are ready to spend money from the luxury SUV on an ornate Dacia.
