A humble BMW 320D has been converted to a unique appearance battle horse that is used to transport car parts in style

- The transformation included deletion and rear door panels covering the rear windows.
- The wagon received wide wings, m3 bumpers, new wheels and a lowered suspension.
The BMW M3 Touring is aimed at those looking for a more practical alternative to the M3 sedan and the M4 coupe, but what about professionals? A British manufacturer has filled the gap by converting a BMW wagon of the 3 series powered by diesel into a panel van with M3 bits and a large bodykit.
The model, considered the only E91 van in the world, was created by Wayde Evans, owner of the British store Mohawk Customs. Wayde is known for its crazy constructions, including a Ford Ka rallycar on the foundations of Audi S3 that we have covered in the past. His new project is much more practical, because it was designed to collect and transport metallic parts for his garage.

The model started his life as a prefacelift bmw 320d. The donor car was originally bought as a scrap, because the previous owner could not repair it. While stripping it for the parts, Wayde felt a kind of connection with the German wagon and decided to put it back on the road.
Repairing it was not an easy task because the ECU was wet and corroded, and the car suffered from various problems along the way. However, the new owner has managed to solve the problems, using the BMW Wagon as a newspaper operator, all-terrain and drifting over the years. After a while, Wayde, but it would be a cool idea to convert it into a van. After all, BMW has already made a unique M3 E92 pick-up, but nobody rides in an M3 van.

While most people would only use the 320D tour with the folded rear seats, Wayde wanted something more special for his workhorse. The first step was to remove the rear doors and the door handles and cover the rear glass with panels. This actually transformed the BMW into a three -door van, keeping the loading area hidden at sight.
In order to add a touch of sportiness, Wayde bought a large bodykit, originally designed for the E92 M3. The manufacturer has made the necessary adjustments so that the broad body is compatible with its wagon, reaching fluid integration with the bodywork of the E91. The wing extensions were combined with a M3 replica bumper and a personalized hood with integrated vents and the bulge of signature in the middle.

For the chopped headlights, Wayde used parts from pre-post and post-facilitated examples of the 3 series, adding double bi-xenon projectors on each unit. Moving to the back, he joined the most recent rear lights in a personalized tailgate. Unable to find a rear bumper replies M3, Wayde used its imagination to a custom part with a spare diffuser and a mini-source grille. As for the exhaust, it built a straight pipe system with two exhaust tupeaux.
The wagon was painted in a striking green shade, contrasting with the black roof and the interior in black leather. Finally, an older set of BMW M alloy wheels as well as spacers and a considerably lowered suspension gave it the right position for an M3 impostor.
While a V8 exchange would have been good, the van keeps the four -cylinder four -cylinder 2.0 -liter turbodiesel engine of the 320D. However, the mill was set to produce approximately 247 hp (184 kW / 250 hp) thanks to an improved turbocharger and a remapped ECU. According to the owner, it is more than enough power for a commercial vehicle, which is inexpensive to execute thanks to the low fuel consumption of the diesel unit.
Below, you will find photos of the processing phase, highlighting the countless hours spent on the project.
