Cars and salt water do not go together and this Ford may have just died of a scary death while pushing a boat in the ocean in Mexico. What started as a simple task quickly died into a spectacular failure, thanks to what seems to be a bad serious judgment of the driver of the van – which not only underestimated the waves but did not either have obtained from traction on the wet sand.

The video begins by showing the driver of the van who reveals on the beach and helping to push a small boat in the water. After having managed to push the boat, the driver of the truck continues to reverse for what looks like at least 12 feet, entering the deep and deeper water. The truck then backs up directly into a wave, which quickly swallows most of the vehicle. It seems that the deep waters cause the truck to float, leaving the driver stranded without any means of regaining control. The clip cuts just when they crowd by a side window to escape.
Listening to the images carefully, it seems that the driver of the truck blocked him shortly after hitting the water and could not restart it. However, this does not explain why they continued to return to the waves that crash. Whether it is an error of the driver or the engine on its own, the end result is the same; It’s probably not even worth trying to repair the truck.
Although the engine could have been turned off when the van has entered the water, which allows it to avoid hydrolar, it is not long in so that salt water begins to corrode metals and electronic components important.
